Ingredients
1 tsp salt
ice cubes
1 cup curd
few sprigs of mint
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsps lemon juice
2 cups chilled water
1 cup papaya; ripe, well mashed
Method:
Blend curd, then add water and blend again.
Add mashed papaya, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Beat or blend again. Pour in individual glasses and add ice cubes.
Garnish with mint and serve cold.
For sweet lassi add 2 tbsp sugar instead of salt, lime juice and pepper
















Thanks . Very useful. I have not missed a page. In the go fish section you have missed
salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines as some of the more healthy fish. ( Probably some
of these are not available in India ) Also a section about organic foods would have been
useful. Because a ” Healthy recipe ” of pesticides in food and vegetables is available
in the market.
I had a tough time scrolling from page to page. Most
irritating and time consuming as my computer got stuck going back and forth.
Probably all this information could be published in book form ?
