Juices – Immunity Booster

With the rainy season on us,one would love to play in the rains and get soaked in its beauty.But this is the season of sniffles and coughs.So to do away with the bugs of sickness, I have the perfect concotion for it.

Preparation

Take a 2-3 Indian Gooseberries known as Amla.

Extract its juice in a juicer.

Add a pinch of organic turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey.

Drink this juice every morning.

Amla is the richest source of Vitamin C and is said to increase our immunity and longevity. Turmeric is an antiseptic and honey helps to increase our Basic Metabolic Rate(BMR), which also provides a few minerals and keeps us active all day.
