  2. Just finished reading a news item about drinking a lot of Orange juice. Some repetitions may be there, but would like to reproduce the same and share with all who have Knee Pain.

    Orange Juice is a good source of vitamin C, a nutrient that guards against knee osteoarthritis. Taking high doses of vitamin C have found to reduce bone degeneration. A glass of orange juice provides about 25 percent more vitamin C than eating an orange. Alternate good sources of vitamin C to prevent knee pain are capsicum, grapefruit and strawberries, other than the citrus family of limes and lemons.
