    PHYSICAL EXERCISE. MORNING TIME THE BEST.

    The proper time for exercise is in the morning.If one can do them before sunrise with an empty stomach it will have all the beneficial effects. Because, it is then that one’s mind will be fresh and one can have sufficient calmness and quietness surrounding him, as also freedom from all sorts of noise and disturbance not only from the home front but also from outside.
