“SYNDROME X” Sounds like a double agent from a bond movie, although not really. It is a diabetes related disease.
Foods that are high in Sugareither present naturally or added trigger the production of large amounts of insulin in the blood. When we eat sugary foods many times a day, Insulin levels remain high leading to diabetes. This is linked with high triglyceride and cholesterol levels leading to syndrome X, the prime cause of heart disease and death.
