A Japanese study found that people who drank green tea daily lost 2.4 kilos after three months.

 Green tea contains catechins, which may trigger weight loss by increasing your body’s metabolism. It’s also a good substitute and thereby, a default weight-loss agent, when you are hit with cravings.
