Have breakfast:
When you skip meals, your body goes into starvation mode and starts to store fat. To do this, it needs to slow down metabolism and burn fewer calories.
Skipping breakfast can also slow you down at work and diminish energy levels in the morning.
An ideal breakfast that won’t allow your body to put on weight would include fruits, a wholegrain cereal and some protein from a dairy product or egg white.
Skipping any meal for that matter too can hamper your digestion.
