How much water Should we drink?

This is one question that everyone has in mind.  We all know how much water should we drink about 8-10 glasses right?

Yes. You’re right. About 8-10 glasses of water in a day are enough for a person with ideal body weight. For overweight People, an additional glass for every excess 25 pounds of weight is the norm.

pregnant women need to drink at least 50% more water daily, than they would while not pregnant. People who exercise vigorously should add one glass of water to each 30 minutes of exercise.
