A meal including fish and vegetables stir fried with brown rice/ whole wheat bread or pasta are very healthy options.

    I am repeating what is stated above, because of the importance of including fish as a part of daily diet which I have read in a journal. I am reproducing it for the benefit of readers. It is a pain killer. Please read on….
