Yogurt 500 gm / 1.1 lb
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin powder, roasted 1 ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Black rock salt ½ tsp
Method :
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl using a whisk or an eggbeater. Serve as an accompaniment to any Indian meal and also can be used as a low cal dressing for salads and breads
