Stress and wrong food habit is one of the major causes for bad breath, also bad oral health, bleeding gums cavities and unchewed food stuck in your tooth. We do so much to look good, but what about the bad breath? Make a diet chart include all the essential, nutritional food items like green vegetables, fruits, carrots, celery, grams, less oily food, cereals.
