Fluid Diary

So far we have talked about maintaining a food diary. But I love to maintain a fluid diary. Yes now this is new. There are many people who find it tough to hydrate themselves and I was one of them too. I believe there is a solution for every problem hence I started maintaining a fluid diary. I kept a goal of 3 liters of fluid per day. Initially it was a little tough. I write down all the fluids that I take during the day and add up at the end of the day. Lets take today for example

I had a total intake of 2 liters of water today and this is my daily quota. Then I had 200 ml coconut water, 200 ml herb tea( today I had green tea and holy basil tea which is tulsi for indians), 200 ml coffee( I need my morning cuppa), 200 ml of grape juice and 200 ml warm milk after dinner( I am sipping it now). Voila 3 liters of fluid today. Now get your pens and measuring glasses out and see how much of fluid are you drinking.

Now this can help you combat dehydration and constipation and get the glow back on your face.
