Custard Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 – ripe custard apple
200 ml – milk
2 tsp – honey
4 – ripe bananas
¼ tsp – cinnamon powder
8 to 10 – ice cubes

Method:
De seed the custard apple.
In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend for a few minutes.
Serve in a tall glass.
Garnish with cinnamon powder.
Serve chilled.
