    Green coconut water is a good source of Mineral salts and vitamins and contains the following:-
    Vitamin “B” complex, Niacin, Panthothenic acid, Biotin, Ribiflavin, Pyrodoxin.

    As the nut develops and becomes ripe and changes its colour from green to yellow most of its nutritional values get diminished and ulimately lost. So the water of only a green and tender coconut should always be insisted upon for drinking.
    Fresh water of green coconut should be used immediately.

    Vitamin “B” complex contained in coconut water strengthens the heart and vitalizes the nerves and the digestive system.

    Its really a great article. Its the first article I m reading of yours. I have some of relatives with heart problems. Their diet is restricted for salt(40%) and fats totally. I am depressed by their condition. Can u suggest some optional healthy diet for such people.

      There is no need to be depressed. All follow the same restrictions in heart diseases.If you give me the details of their diet I can advise further….

    I really don’t want to get off topic here however , this comment is actually kind of general in character and far more of a question. somebody plus endorsing I have followed Harvey Diamond for years and have tried my best to mimic his eating style from his best selling book called Fit For Life. We also love the juicing. much better than My spouse and i feel a great deal better. I understand he has a completely new book called living without pain and I can’t wait to get my hands on that yet what i wondered about is actually his endorsement about this vitamin mineral supplement identified as livethesource. From things i have read he’s never ever backed any health supplement before consequently my real question is why this one and how come now. I recognize that this provides newer and more effective patented nano technology nevertheless could it be that different? Has any one around possessed any knowledge about this? We count on an answer, Many thanks and in addition thanks to you folks who manage this blog, you have performed an admirable job and that i personally will be visiting regularly.
