    I’ve never heard of starting the day with lime juice and hot water, for me i’ve always gone with lemon juice and hot water. Not so much as a weight loss thing but as an all round sytem booster and found highly effective at helping to fight off colds

    I heard of this lime and honey combination from my mum whom told me its good to start the day with it. It does help with bowel movement though. I have just started this practice :)

    I want to know what if mu Bilirubin content of liver is high? say 2.7 in a 1.3-1.5 range.
    What diets should I follow to keeps it normal?

    I have been dianosed with fatty liver and i read that citrus fruits are good but on the other hand i also have acidity problem so will it aggravate the acidity by having those fruits?Too confusing.

    There is this wrong concept and rumor, that “Lime Juice with Honey” makes you lose weight. This is a wrong conception, which says that it helps in burning fat, Mobilising fat which is all a myth.?

    Hi
    I tried it and its showing lime and honey does effect. But in very low speed lose every day 500g.
    Its because i use only before bed. Dont wanna drink in morning as it might have bad effect on empty stomach.
