  1. Excellent article regarding pumpkin seeds. I had read that they were very nutritious. I have an autoimmune disorder, ITP, and I’m looking to get as much antioxidants as I can. Should they be eaten with or without shell? Also, how much is 10-20 grams? Ok to eat them daily. As I am watching sodium, I’m sure I should get unsalted. Also, they would probably be even more nutritious if they are raw? Would love to hear your comments. Thank you.
