Excellent article regarding pumpkin seeds. I had read that they were very nutritious. I have an autoimmune disorder, ITP, and I’m looking to get as much antioxidants as I can. Should they be eaten with or without shell? Also, how much is 10-20 grams? Ok to eat them daily. As I am watching sodium, I’m sure I should get unsalted. Also, they would probably be even more nutritious if they are raw? Would love to hear your comments. Thank you.

Eat pumpkin seeds with out skin. You need to shell them to eat. You can have a fist full of seeds daily. Fresh pumpkin seeds are the best source for you. For antioxidants, eat various colors in fruits and veggies such as green, red, yellow and orange.
