Right time for Fruits!!!!

Fruits are an important part of our diet. But the question is when to eat them? Generally fruits are eaten along with a meal. But I totally disagree. we should treat fruits as snacks. The healthiest snacks around packed with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, natural sugars and water.

Generally low on calories so works as a low calorie snack. It has been known for a long time that fruit doesn’t combine well with other foods. The reason is that fruit contains simple sugars that require no digestion. Thus, they will not stay for a long time in the stomach. Other foods, such as foods rich in fat, protein and starch, will stay in the stomach for a longer period of time because they require more digestion. So if you eat fruit after a meal, the fruit sugar will stay for too long in the stomach and ferment turning acidic.
Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach for the best benefits or in between meals.
So munch on fruits for better digestive health!!!!
