Power Blaster – Go lift some extra weights at the GYM

If this power protein smoothie doesn’t get you moving you’ll need to add pure adrenaline or may be Jay Cutler himself. A great smoothie recipe with power that gives you a burst of natural energy.
Power Smoothie
1/2 banana
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fruit juice (i.e. orange, cranberry, etc.)
For added nutrition use:
1 Tbls. soy protein powder
1 Tbls. molasses
1 tsp. wheat germ.
Blend until smooth. Then add frozen fruit, i.e. strawberries, raspberries, etc., one at a time, until smoothie is consistency you desire. The basic recipe is: ice, fruit, yoghurt, juice and/or milk. (I usually stick to juice, but sometimes add just a splash of milk to smooth it out.)
So go ahead and lift those extra weights at the gym.
