I am a silent follower of this lovely blog. Thank you very much for the informative posts.
I have a bottle of 'sugarcane vinegar' with me.It has a strong smell of sugarcane to it.I wonder where I can use it.Can you please help me?
Another question...can we replace synthetic vinegar with apple cider vinegar in all the recipes calling for vinegar?

Hi Sanjana,<br
