you have mentioned that 1 tsp of flaxseed powder is ok in a day. but does it serves our daily requirement of omega3-FA? wht i have heard is 15gm (3tsp) should be consumed. Does the seeds require slight dry roasting before consumption?

hi sanjana,

you have mentioned that 1 tsp of flaxseed powder is ok in a day. but does it serves our daily requirement of omega3-FA? wht i have heard is 15gm (3tsp) should be consumed.
