My figure shown in the Bone Densitometry  Report dated January 28,2010,is  Minus 0.3 which according to the Doctor is Normal.
I am writing the following from what I have read from a Journal very recently and thought I will just share with all.
I am 84. Prevention of Osteoporosis or low Bone mineral Density (BMD)is preferable to treatment because finer bone changes assosiated with bone loss are largely irreversible.
Treatment may stabilise or increase BMD and reduce the risk of fracture, but is unlikely to fully restore bone quality and bone strength.

I always looking out for sites which gives good health tips and You have been doing a marvellous job posting these articles. you have taken different tiny aspects of diet and workout (Eg:30 min breaktime after exercise to burn the fatout)which has helped me plan my diet and exercise.
I was your senior in st.aloysius college and regular visitor of your site.
