You are simple overweight. You need exercise. If you feel its water retention then you need to cut down salt, not water....good luck...

Hi Goks,

You are simple overweight. You need exercise. I am 31yrs old having 73kgs wt & 175cm ht. On an average I drink once a month (max 60ml alcohol). I am average built with less of fat accumulation across the body except for my belly. It is very fluffy & soft. Is it fat or water retention. I drink min 2-3 litres of water daily. Is it too bad?
If its water retention, how do i deal with it?
Regards,
Goks

Hi Sanjana,

I am 31yrs old having 73kgs wt & 175cm ht. On an average I drink once a month (max 60ml alcohol). You need to change your life style as you over 30 kilos overweight. You need to get your blood profile checked to see whether you blood sugars and cholesterol levels are normal.

Every ml. of alcohol gives 7 calories.
