Mam, I am confirmed with a fatty liver and the Doctor told to check the Lipid Profile Test.
My total Cholesterol 	239,
HDL 			47,
Triglycericles 		151
LDL 			162.
SGOT			28
SGPT			41
S Bilirubin		0.8
It would be greatfull if you could give a reply through mail, What diet should I prefer(South Indian Dishes), as I am a Malayali, and also i request you to send me the chart of vegetables, fruits and other items with its content of Fats, Proteins, Calories etc.
