Water helps in weight loss

if you are serious about becoming leaner, drinking water is an absolute must. Here’s why:

  • Water plays a critical role in the of fat. when there is adequate water in the system, the liver converts stored fats into energy. Also, when the body is well hydrated, levels of oxygen in blood are higher and more oxygen is made available for burning fat.
  • When we do not drink enough water, the body decreases the amount of water lost in sweating, urination, bowel movements etc. This is called ‘water weight’. As a normal occurrence, water weight among women fluctuates throughout the menstrual cycle.
  • When you drink all the water you need, you will very quickly notice a decrease in your appetite, possibly even on the first day.

So if you’re on a diet make sure you drink plenty of water on course.
