I am repeating what is stated above, because of the importance of including fish as a part of daily diet  which I have read in a journal. I am reproducing it for the benefit of readers. It is a pain killer. Please read on....
Clinical studies have shown omega-3 fatty acids to ease pain and reduce the duration of morning stiffness in people with rheumatoid arthritis. The omega-3 fatty acids found in fish are naturally anti-inflammatory. The best sources of omega-3s are salmon, tuna, sardines, herring, cod, and mackerel,as well as fish oil supplements.
