hi sanjana i m 44 year old . i have a high blood pressure from last 6 years . i take pills regular.
is it any way i can take some of your advise to reduce my blood pressure.
i belong to an indian origan, living in states.

I wanted to know is, I’m suffering from constipation and acidity(heart burn,gas etc.)
For these problems will ISAPGOl(Psyllium Husk) be beneficial, along with taking care of no reduction in weight at all.
As I’m very thin, I want to gain weight, bt due to constipation, my body is not able to absorb the fats,proteins and required nutrients , no matter of plenty of water I’m drinking(1.5-3 liters daily)+juice+vegetables+fruits.

Instead of taking all the required food for easy bowel movement, I’m failed.
plz suggest me the way which can help me out.

I’m 64 year male, suffering frm ibs . some time due to gases urine is blocked. mucus ,present in stool. How ISAPGOL will help. pl.advise what should be dsose?

I’m a 44 year male suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) with occasional symptoms of Colitis (pain). Can regular Isabgol intake reduce my problems? Kindly acknowledge. Thanks.
