Hi,

You need to increase the fiber intake in your diet. Take methi powder in water about 3 times per day. Quantity each time taken can be 2 tsps. Eat enough of salads.

How to compare the nutrition between infant milk and regular milk?</blockquote></strong>
http://www.saanendoah.com/compare.html In this site you can view the clear comparision

Infant formula is an artificial substitute for human breast milk, designed for infant consumption.
Infant formula is necessarily an imperfect approximation of breast milk because:
The exact chemical properties of breast milk are still unknown.
A mother’s breast milk changes in response to the feeding habits of her baby and over time, thus adjusting to the infant’s individual growth and development.
Breast milk includes a mother’s white blood cells that help the baby avoid or fight off infections and give his immature immune system the benefit of his mother’s immune system that has many years of experience with the germs common in their environment.
Besides breast milk, infant formula is the only other infant milk which the medical community considers nutritionally acceptable for infants under the age of one year.Infants who cannot receive sufficient human milk to meet their needs be given infant formula to make up the difference. The proteins in infant formulas (whether cow’s milk-based or soy-based) is processed to make them less likely to cause allergic reactions in infants than the proteins in unaltered animal milks. In addition, the vitamin and mineral composition of infant formula is adjusted to resemble that of human milk far more closely than any animal milk. Infant formula is often also fortified with iron, a nutrient that breastfed babies can run low on after the first six months of life, as well as vitamin D, a vitamin needed for proper calcium absorption. Animal milks, on the other hand, are poor sources of iron and only cow milk is required by law to be vitamin-D fortified.

Whole cow’s milk does not contain sufficient vitamin E, iron, or essential fatty acids, which can make infants fed on cow’s milk anemic. Whole cow’s milk also contains excessive amounts of protein, sodium, and potassium which may put a strain on an infant’s immature kidneys. In addition, the proteins and fats in whole cow’s milk are more difficult for an infant to digest and absorb than the ones in breast milk.Evaporated milk may be easier to digest due to the processing of the protein but is still nutritionally inadequate. A significant minority of infants are allergic to one or more of the constituents of cow’s milk, most often the high amounts of lactose (milk sugars) and agglutinin. These problems can also affect infant formulas derived from cow’s milk.

Please give me some suggestions to use soy milk in recipes..</blockquote></strong>

Soy milk can be used in various ways in your recipes for eg:
Heres one
<strong>Creamy Tomato Soup</strong>
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup soymilk
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tsp whole spices
Sauté onion in sauce pan in oil for 3 minutes or until transparent. Add tomato and garlic, continuing to sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add whole spices, salt and pepper. Blend in soymilk. Cook, stirring constantly, for one minute. Remove from heat and cool briefly.Remove the whole spices.Transfer to a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve hot or chilled.

Soy milk can also be used as
Soy milk over cereal
Soy milk to make cookies/pan cakes
