the sudden pain that i had one day in my lower back made me run to doctor closeby , after doin all the blood tests and urine test, the doc said i might have kidney stones ,till tat day i dint no nothing abt kidney stones but now , its otherwise .after doin my sonography , the sono doc told me .. i had a 9 mm stone which was very close to my bladder ... i mean they said that it had come way down way to low to be lazered and so .. i will have to do the lipthotripsy thing ..i also have a nother stone ..4 mm in the right kidney.so the lipthhotyipsy was done for the 9 mm stone and a stent was placed inside for a month , i did a nother sonography besfore removing the stent a month later , this time the only diff was the doc also told me a take - avp test - or somthing like that .. an exray test . now in the sonopgraphy the 9 mm stone was gone .. but in the exray test a 7 mm stone was there in the same location , but was not being seen in the sonopgrahy test .. neither now nor before ..the doc at the sonography center told me its deinetly a stone .. the doctore who operated me tells me .. its just an artifact ...( imaginary stone ).. so .. i donno ...since the operation happened abt 5 months back ..i feel sick all the time ..if i smoke now .. my bp rises .. one day it went all the way upto 132 .. damn..
LOOK doc .. pelase gimme some suggestions ...

1: CAN I DRINK BEER ...CAUSE I LIKE DRINKING BEER

2: IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE 4 MM STONE IS CAUSING HIGH BP IN ME ..

3: CAN I SMOKE .. ONLY WHEN I DRINK ..

4: SHOULD I WAIT FOR THE 4 MM STONE TO GO BY ITSELF OR SHOULDI GET IT OPERATED

5: IS THERE A POSSIBLIY THAT MY KIDNEYS ARE ALREAEDY DAMAGED ..

6: CAN I GO TO THE GYM AND WORKOUT EXPECIALLY ABDOMEN EXCERCISES .

7 SHOULD I JUST IGNORE THE LITTLE PAIN THAT I GET ONCE IN WHILE IN MY LOWR BACK .

Thanks ,
Manu ,

Renal stones are mainly caused due to decreased water intake. Guzzle upto 2- 2.5 liters of water. you will stay from renal stones.
